Media regulation is the control or guidance of mass media by governments and other bodies. It is very important as it helps prevent anything disturbing, unnecessary and anything that can be harmful to viewers from being released to the public. It helps to protect the viewers, and anybody involved. Media regulation can help prevent people from being wrongly accused by false accusations, by preventing newspapers and other platforms from producing false information.
